Terms of use

GOAT Creative Solutions operates GOAT Creative Solutions at network.goatcreatives.co.za. These terms govern use of the website, accounts, bookings, Refer & Earn, creator and studio applications, and school photo services.

You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. Client, referrer, creator, studio, parent, and admin roles are separate programmes. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

Package prices are as shown at booking. You pay online via Peach Payments at checkout. Bookings stay pending until payment is confirmed, then the shoot can be assigned.

Earn while you share. Join and refer any of our packages and earn. Referrers share book-and-pay links; earnings follow the programme rules in your dashboard. We do not promise a revenue split on the public site.

Applications are reviewed by GOAT. Listing does not guarantee jobs. Creators agree not to solicit or book GOAT Creative Solutions clients privately for 12 months after any job introduced through the platform. All bookings stay on GOAT Creative Solutions.

Creators and studio owners accept the Partner Agreement online at signup. After a shoot, partners upload from their dashboard within 48 hours. Clients preview and approve online; downloads unlock on approval. Partner earnings (80%) then appear as money due on the partner dashboard. Partner payouts are made on the 7th of each month. Partners see client name, shoot details, and the designated onsite contact — not full customer account contact details. The full agreement is at /partners/agreement.

Do not misuse the site, scrape it unreasonably, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access other people’s accounts or data.

GOAT branding, package copy, and the platform belong to us or our licensors. Deliverables from a booked shoot follow the booking and any written licence we give the client.

The site is provided as a working production platform. To the extent allowed by South African consumer law, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for delays caused by unpaid invoices, weather, or a creator or studio who cannot attend. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot legally exclude.

Personal information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

South African law applies. The courts of Gauteng have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer-forum rights you may have.
